Steve Rude Nexus: The Newspaper Strips Vol. 1 - The Coming of Gourmando Story Page 23 Original Art (Dark Horse, 2021). Cast out by the world-eater Gourmando, Larp is torn from Nexus and dumped into a distant realm of swirling mists, only to discover he's far from the first soul exiled to this ghostly no-man's-land. A portion of the "The Coming of Gourmando" story was self-published as a monthly newspaper as Nexus: The Comic Strip in 2016. This is one of the pages that made it to print in the Dark Horse trade edition. The board is labeled Page 19, but the story is on Page 23. Twice-up scale in ink and white paint highlights over graphite and blue and red pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 15" x 19.75". Signed by Steve Rude in the lower margin.
