Description
Garfield and Friends "The Floyd Story" Garfield and Jon Arbuckle Production Cel (Film Roman, 1993). "Say no more. The cat's on the job." When Jon's unpleasant aunt comes to visit, she quickly begins to overstay her welcome. After Jon's aunt criticizes his job as a cartoonist, Jon begs Garfield to find a way to make the grumpy woman leave, to which Garfield quickly agrees. This image depicts Garfield as he assures Jon that he will keep Jon's aunt from causing anymore trouble in the home, a moment which can be found at about the 5:16 mark of the episode "The Floyd Story" of Garfield and Friends. This fantastic original, hand-painted production cel features a combined image of Garfield and Jon that measures about 6" x 5.5". The cel is marked in its lower right corner with J17, and it is set atop a color print background for presentation. This cel is in Good condition, with some handling and edge wear, as well as some line fading.From the Jim Davis Collection.
