Flash (Wally West) faces the town's concerns as Chunk rests on the dock, his immense form prepared to pull in discarded trash even as hunger clouds his mind. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Signed by Tanghal in the lower margin. Light toning and irregularly trimmed top edge. In Excellent condition.
