The grooviest of the Three Witches, horror hostess Cynthia sets the stage for a tale of techno-terror in this opening page from "The Death of an Iron Lady". When inventor Pablo Diez unveils a lifelike female robot, he draws the wrong kind of attention -- namely, from sinister spy Ivan Rujakov. The gears of paranoia and danger start turning fast in this eerie blend of espionage and sci-fi suspense. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Toning, tape residue staining on edges, whiteout touch-ups, blue marker editorial notes/marks, spot staining in image areas, trimmed edges, abrasion on left edge, marginal staple holes, text paste-up in Panel 1, discoloration in top left corner of Panel 1, and minor handling wear.
