Description
David Lloyd Wasteland #5 Story Page 1 Original Art (DC, 1988). This first page was for the story "Big Crossover Issue" by writers John Ostrander and Del Close actually features those writers as well. The series was a modern horror anthology and pushed the line so far that some retailers felt they eventually went too far. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 11.75" x 17". All text is hand-lettered paste-up. The board is toned, with a discolored square in the top right. There is a smudge or abrasion in the lower if the last panel. Signed by the artist David Lloyd in the lower right of the large first panel. In Very Good condition.More information about David Lloyd.
