Description

John Buscema Conan the Barbarian Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 9-19-78 (Register and Tribune Syndicate, 1978). A rare Conan daily by John Buscema -- who created only 48 strips for the series, which ultimately ran for about three years. Here the heroic Barbarian assists an enslaved woman named Norda, who has escaped from a sorcerer who will do anything to get her back. Ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 15.25" x 4.5". Features stat paste-ups for the word balloons, title, credits, and signature. Light toning/handling wear and some residue stains. In Very Good condition.
