Superman: The Animated Series Superman Animation Drawing (Warner Brothers, c. 1996-2000). To call this original rough animation drawing from Superman: The Animated Series "picture-perfect" would be a gross understatement. This drawing is a spectacular and large image of DC's flagship superhero in profile, rendered masterfully in graphite and color pencil on 13.75" x 11.5" animation paper. Superman occupies much of the sheet in this dynamic, low-angle image, measuring a whopping 13" x 9.5". Superman: The Animated Series is widely considered one of the greatest adaptions of the comic source material, and original drawings featuring excellent images of the titular hero are highly coveted. The piece is numbered B7 in the upper right corner, and it bears a Warner Brothers seal. In addition, the drawing is joined by a Certificate of Authenticity.
