Frank Thorne Red Sonja Preliminary Original Art and Production Materials Group of 27 (Marvel, 1977-1978). A group of preliminaries and production materials from Frank Thorne's run on Red Sonja. Includes: Issue #4 Story Pages 5 and 11 preliminary layouts, color guides, and printer's proofs; Issue #8 cover preliminaries (2), photocopy, and editorial note; and Issue #8 Story Pages 10, 11, 15, and 16 preliminary layouts, color guides, script text sheets, photocopies, and editorial notes. Prelims are created in graphite on 8.5" x 11 paper and the color guides are watercolor over Thorne's printed lines on 8.5" x 11" paper. Wear with tears and missing pieces. Overall in Very Good condition.From the Personal Collection of Frank Thorne.
