Warner Brothers Artist - Beetlejuice Flyer Preliminary Illustration Original Art (Warner Bros., 1988). This preliminary from the iconic Tim Burton comedy-horror film Beetlejuice features the artwork for the titular antagonist's "pest control" service (with the character's name "correctly" spelled Betelgeuse), offering to evict the living from the dead's former homes. The final image was derived almost exactly from this preliminary, and is featured in the film. Pencil and ink on vellum (or similar "transparent" paper) with various sketches beneath the ink and designs in the margins, for an overall image area of 9.5" x 14". Glass-front framed alongside two stills from the film and the film's stylized title carved into the black matte. The overall framed area measures 15.25" x 31.5", and the frame has chipping and handling wear. Features a sealed promotional booklet and COA. The art is in Excellent condition.
