The Stone That Turns All Metal Gold Re-Creation Painting Original Art (undated). Uncle Scrooge, Donald Duck, and Huey, Dewey, and Louie discover "The Fabulous Philosopher's Stone" in the throne room of King Minos, in this re-creation by an unidentified artist of the oil painting by Carl Barks. It is inspired by the story from 1955's Uncle Scrooge #10 (and reprinted in Walt Disney's Uncle Scrooge #253 in 1991). Oil on stretched canvas with an image area of 15.5" x 19.5", framed to 18.25" x 22.25". In Excellent condition.From the Milt Rosenberg Estate.
