Harold Knerr The Katzenjammer Kids Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 1-2-49 (King Features Syndicate, 1949). This anti-smoking daily is brought to you by the antics of Hans and Fritz! This smoky Sunday is crafted in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 17" x 15". The board is toned, with smudging, soiling, stripped-in text corrections, small stains, production notes and tape, scratch effects, corner creasing, a small piece missing from the lower left corner, and general edge and handling wear.
