Garfield and Friends "It Must Be True!" Garfield Production Cel (Film Roman, 1989). "Remember audience, if you heard it on television, it must be true!" In this episode of Garfield and Friends, Garfield becomes a television host as he hosts a show called "It Must Be True!". In this show, Garfield gives a series of hilarious "facts" to the audience and explains that these ridiculous statements must be true because they are on television. This great image comes from about the 14:58 mark of the episode, and it features a fantastic, full-figure Garfield measuring about 7" x 6.75"! The image is hand-painted on a 12 field production cel that is marked G3 in its lower right corner. The image has been placed atop a color print background for presentation. This excellent image of the iconic cat is in Very Good condition, with just minor handling and edge wear.From the Jim Davis Collection.
