Description
The Flea Circus Pepito and Fifi Production Cels Group of 2 (MGM, 1954). "First on the program, our world famous 52-piece brass band!" says "Pepito's Le Cirque Des Fleas" owner to start off the show. Here is a pair of hand-inked, hand-painted production cels of Pepito and the star of his show, Fifi Le Flea. These very rare cels are from the Tex Avery-directed short that was released on 11/6/54. It features the voice talent of Daws Butler, June Foray, and Bill Thompson. You can see Pepito at the :41 second mark into the short, and Fifi is at around the 3:01 mark. Fifi measures 2.5" x 3.5" and Pepito 4" x 7". A wonderful and rare pair of production pieces from one of Tex Avery's best. Both of the 75-year-old cels share a common glass-front frame of 29" x 18" with dual mat windows. All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition.
