Esteban Maroto Sheva-Xu World Illustration Original Art (c. 1970s). Barbaric thrills abound in this large-scale savages-and-dinosaurs panorama. The Sheva-Xu mythology of Dwight Zimmerman and Esteban Maroto was developed for Spanish-language publications, conceived in the manner of the Conan the Barbarian comics. No publishing pedigree is documented. Ink and chemical shading on Duo-Tone board. Image area, 23" x 16.5". Marginal staining and light handling wear. Very Good condition.Auction Info
