Pokémon Tropical Wind Unnumbered Tropical Mega Battle Participation Prize Card CGC Trading Card Game Gem Mint 10 (The Pokémon Company, 1999). Calling all PokéFans! Here's a card that rarely comes up for public auction, Tropical Wind from the 1999 Tropical Mega Battle. The card was distributed as a participation award in the Final Tournament at 9 regional Challenge Road tournaments; 64 copies were distributed per event. An additional 10 copies were given away in a lottery through Trainers Magazine Vol. 3, bringing the total number of copies to 586. The artwork features Psyduck, featured on all subsequent prints of the card, along with Jigglypuff. The relaxing artwork is done by Sumiyoshi Kizuki. Collectors take notice!
