Description
Pokémon Bilingual Exeggutor 103 Tropical Mega Battle Promo PSA Trading Card Game Mint 9 (The Pokémon Company, 1999). This lot features the Coconut Pokémon that was introduced in Generation I, Exeggutor! This particular card was given to participants of the very first Tropical Mega Battle, which was held between August 24th and 27th, 1999 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu, Hawaii. This location made Exeggutor the perfect Pokémon to be featured on this promotional card! The artwork was done by Dr. Ooyama. A fun note is that this card was later released in Pokémon Card Trainers magazine, and while both versions feature text mentioning this as where its from, the magazine copies were printed on glossy card stock while the Tropical Mega Battle copies were printed on regular card stock. PSA has certified 17 copies earning a Mint 9 grade with only 12 graded higher.View Certification and Population Details from PSA
