Mickey Mouse Works Production Cel with Background (Walt Disney, 1999). This hand-inked and hand-painted cel from the episode, "Pluto vs. The Watchdog," includes its original background art. Framed and matted to an image area of 12" x 8.5", and in Excellent condition. Includes a Disney seal and a COA.
