Don Winslow #51 Mile High pedigree (Fawcett, 1947) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. On the cover to this issue, Don is all chained up and at the mercy of Singapore Sal, a woman who either was the last of the old-time pirates or on her way to a costume party. Good ol' Don was everywhere during the 1940s -- there was the comic strip that started it all, plus a radio series, a 12-chapter movie serial, several boy's adventure novels and Big Little Books, as well as this long-running comic book published by Fawcett. You won't find many that look as good as this pedigreed copy, though. It beats the only other listed copy in the current CGC census by a country mile!
