Inspector Gadget Production Cel (DIC, c. 1980s). Bionic detective Inspector Gadget is on the job, in this original hand-painted 12 field production cel. Gadget has a knack of inadvertently saving the day, usually without realizing he is doing so. It's a great image of our clumsy hero measuring about 8" x 7", nicely centered on the cel.
