Description
Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day Rabbit and Piglet Production Cels Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1968). A pair of original production cels featuring Rabbit and Piglet from the Woolie Reitherman-directed featurette, Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day. Originally released as a companion to the film The Horse in the Gray Flannel Suit, the featurette would go on to win the OSCAR® in 1968 for Best Animated Short. In 1977, it was added as a segment to the feature film The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. These fantastic production cels are hand-painted on 16 field acetate. Rabbit measures 6" x 5.5" and Piglet measures 7.5" x 3". Both are matted to 20" x 16" with apertures of 10" x 6" and 8.5" x 6". Cels are in Very Good condition, with minor handling.Auction Info
