Description
SpongeBob SquarePants "Tea at the Treedome" Sandy Cheeks Production Cel and Master Background (Nickelodeon, 1999). In the third story from Episode 1 of this Modern Classic animated series, SpongeBob ventures out of Bikini Bottom - way out, when he makes friends with a squirrel named Sandy Cheeks, a land-dweller who lives in a submerged dome. Here is an original hand-painted 12 field trimmed production cel of Sandy, placing SpongeBob's gift of flowers on the table as he slowly dries out; the image can be found at about the 6:58 mark in online viewings. Sandy and the flowers have an image size of approximately 5.25" x 5.25". The cel is placed on an original hand-painted production from this episode; it is in gouache on lightweight board mounted onto a 3-peghole background board measuring 14" x 10.25". Condition is Good to Very Good with handling and edge wear on the backing board, plus minor handling to the trimmed cel.Auction Info
