Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 Mario and Luigi Production Cel Group of 8 (DIC, 1990). No obstacle can stop the Mario brothers, especially when they can fly away with the help of the Super Leaf! From the animated series Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 based on the groundbreaking videogame of the same name, we have in this lot an extraordinary sequence of eight 12 field sized production cels featuring Mario and Luigi with raccoon ears and tails, a powerup that grants the plumbers the ability to fly after running and filling the Power Meter. This rare sequence includes six cels depicting both brothers, one cel showing just Mario, and one cel depicting only Luigi. Mario measures from 3.75" to 4.25", with Luigi measuring from 5.25" x 5.5". The cels are all displayed on printed backgrounds for presentation purposes, and they show light handling wear from production. Overall, the condition is Very Good.Auction Info
