Description

The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh "Invasion of the Pooh Snatcher" Rabbit, Tigger, and Pooh Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1990). A fantastic hand-painted production cel featuring Pooh, Tigger, and Rabbit from Invasion of the Pooh Snatcher, the second segment of the ninth episode from Season Three of The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Originally airing on November 3, 1990, the story finds Tigger convinced that mischievous Jagulars are prowling the Hundred Acre Wood, sparking a whirlwind of comic confusion among his friends. Piglet barricades himself indoors, Pooh sets out on a rescue, and Rabbit joins in, each mistaking the others for Jagular victims. This delightful cel captures the hilarious climax, with Tigger and Rabbit dressed in Pooh costumes and Pooh himself attempting to "become a Tigger," donning bouncing shoes and a spring-loaded helmet. The characters measure approximately 8'' x 5'' combined. The 12-field production cel is paired with a color background print for display and includes a Disney Store Certificate of Authenticity. A vibrant piece from one of the show's most whimsical and imaginative episodes, this rare production artwork is a charming find for any Pooh collector. Presented in Very Good condition.
