Description
Lady and the Tramp Jim Dear Rare Original Model Sheet (Walt Disney, 1955). From Disney's Lady and the Tramp, we bring to you a rare original paste-up model sheet of Jim Dear! Jim is Lady and later Tramp's owner along with his wife Darling, was voiced by Lee Millar, and played a supporting role in the film. This paste-up model sheet includes 10 original graphite drawings of Jim, most expressions and one full figure, all mounted on 15.75'' x 12.5'' board. Each of these drawings was created to provide reference for the character and allow him to be animated consistently by any artist who was working on the film. Most model sheets by this time did have trimmed and mounted drawings but are most often found as studio prints on photographic paper. These prints are already collectible, and original model sheets are even more so - especially one like this for a character we seldomly get to see up close. The lot is in Good condition with light handling wear and edge wear, faint residue and toning, and light water damage along the right edge.From the Disney Legend Inductee Andreas Deja Collection.
