Power Comics #2 (Holyoke Publications, 1944) CBCS Apparent FR/GD 1.5 (Slight/Mod. Professional Restoration) Cream to off-white pages. Hitler and Hirohito cover by Maurice Del Burgo. Story art by L. B. Cole and Don Rico. Overstreet lists the issue as "scarce". It's also a "white space" issue in the Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books (meaning that Ernst Gerber was unable to secure a copy to photograph for the book) which rates it an "8" ("rare") in its Scarcity Index. CBCS notes, "Professional restoration includes: pieces added to cover, cover reinforced, tear seals to cover."
