Description

Alice in Wonderland RARE Alice Animation Drawing Sequence of 3 (Walt Disney, 1951). "'Twas brillig and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe..." Alice hears the nonsensical rhymes of the Cheshire Cat in this expressive sequence of 3 original animation drawings from Walt Disney's animated classic Alice in Wonderland. Created for the moments seen at the 38:40 mark of the film, this rare sequence is rendered expertly in graphite and color pencil on three sheets of 16 field animation paper. Alice measures approximately 8.25" tall, and the drawings are numbered 23, 19, and 107 in the lower right corners. Overall minor handling and edge wear with age-related toning and slight wrinkling and tearing near edges. The condition overall is Good.
