Officer Duck Pete and Donald Duck Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1939). "Now, uh, this little piggy had a racket, see? And this little piggy had none..." Police officer Donald Duck disguises himself as a baby in an attempt to capture the criminal Pete in the Clyde Geronimi-directed theatrical short Officer Duck. This hilarious Disney classic was released to theaters on 10/10/1939. Created for the moment seen at the 4:46 mark of the film, this is a rare original animation drawing featuring Donald Duck and Pete (named Tiny Tom in the short). The 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper has a large hand-drawing image area of 9.75" x 6.5". Rendered in graphite and red pencil, the piece is numbered 84 in the lower right corner. Minor handling and edge wear with some age-related toning, and the condition is Very Good.
