Description
In Memoriam Print for Joe Grant (c. 2005). A beautiful tribute poster for long-time Feature Animation story man Joe Grant (1908 - 2005), distributed to Disney employees when the Disney Legend passed away in 2005. In addition to a lovely image of Grant taken during the production of Fantasia, the poster includes images of concept art created by Grant for a variety of different Disney productions: Dumbo, Snow White, Lorenzo, Fantasia, Fantasia 2000, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and either The Grasshopper and the Ants or A Bug's Life. The poster is framed with glass, with a frame window of 18" x 26" and an overall frame size of 20.5" x 28.5". The piece is in Very Good condition, with minor handling, and the frame is sold as-is.From the Disney Animator Mr. Dale Baer Archives.
