Description
Freddy Fix It/Suzie's Symphony Children's Book Illustrations Original Art Group of 16 (Samuel Lowe, 1968). Original artboards for a pair of 1968 tall format children's story books, including cover art (but no text). Each illustration board contains two side-by-side page illustrations. There are eight boards for each book, with 16 artboards in all; several of the Freddy Fix-It pages are two conjoined boards, taped on back. The brightly-colored images are mixed-media, including hand-cut color paper and gouache. Several of the Suzie pages have hand-written color codes. A few board edges show smoke damage, but this is nowhere near the images. Good to Very Good condition, with handling wear.Auction Info
