Description
On Ice Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1935). This beautifully animated theatrical short is one of only four to feature all of the Fab Five: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto. Offered in this lot is a unique original animation drawing of Mickey from the 1:28 mark of this early color theatrical cartoon from Disney. The full-figure image of Mikey on skates measures 3.5" x 3" and is rendered in graphite with green pencil on 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper that's numbered 182 in the lower right. It's a great production drawing of an early Mickey as he shows off his skating skills to impress Minnie. The paper shows minor handling and two small ink stains in the upper left, one in the lower left nowhere near the art. Condition is Very Good.Auction Info
