Description
Perfect Blue Mima Kirigoe Production Cel with Production Background (Madhouse, 1998). "Me? I'm a Pop Idol" Directed by the celebrated Satoshi Kon, Perfect Blue saw the director's first time in charge of a feature film, and it also saw the debut of some of Kon's signature elements that would be later developed in his following films, like blurring of reality and a female lead protagonist. In this lot we have a 12 field sized hand-painted production cel featuring Mima in her Idol costume, measuring a phenomenal figure size of 6.5" x 7.5", and numbered A5 in the top right corner. The lot is complemented by a great production background rendered in gouache on background board. The condition of this piece is Very Good.More information about Toei Animation.
