Description

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh Preliminary Rough Drawings and Storyboards Original Art Group of 191 (Walt Disney, 1977). The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh was the first Disney full-length animated film of English author A. A. Milne's classic characters Winnie the Pooh and his friends at the 100 Acre Wood. The film was largely made up of earlier shorts Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree (1966), Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day (1968), and Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too (1974). Here is an amazing and MASSIVE collection of original drawings of Pooh Bear and company from this compilation feature. These are mostly rough preliminaries in ink and graphite, with a few storyboards, some with added watercolor; a few may be photocopies with added art or color. The art is on 6" x 4.5" sheets of paper, with a total of 72 drawings focusing on honey-loving Winnie the Pooh, 41 of self-appointed leader Rabbit, 35 of timid, diminutive Piglet, 27 of rambunctious Tigger, and 16 featuring group images. Wow! That's a big bunch of Pooh original art! Art condition is Good to Very Good with some handling and edge/corner wear.
