Description
Cowboy Bebop "Ganymede Elegy" Alisa Production Cel and Animation Drawing (Sunrise, 1998). From the 10th episode of the classic anime series directed by Shinichiro Watanabe Cowboy Bebop, we have in this lot a gorgeous hand-painted production cel, accompanied by its matching animation drawing, featuring a prime image of Jet's ex-girlfriend Alisa. Leaving Jet back when he was a police officer, Alisa began a new life in Jupiter's moon Ganymede, where she started the bar La Fin, a business that saw very little clientele, with Jet being the last client when they both crossed paths again. Numbered A57 in the top right corner, this production cel has Alisa sullenly looking into the distance, as seen at the 19:02 timestamp of "Ganymede Elegy," featuring a figure size of 10" x 7.25". The spectacular matching animation drawing features the character rendered in graphite and colored pencil, with red pencil key lines, displaying the memorable style of Toshihiro Kawamoto. The animation drawing has paint residue from the production cel and some fading is present on the linework of the cel.
