Sheeta despairs when her necklace falls into the hands of Colonel Muska, who seeks to exploit the power of the ancient floating city Laputa. Castle in the Sky is the first official entry in the prestigious canon of Studio Ghibli films, directed by none other than the celebrated Hayao Miyazaki. This incredible hand-painted original production cel captures a dramatic moment from the film, seen at the 42:19 mark. Sheeta measures a centered 6.75" x 7" on the 13.75" x 9" cel. Displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes, the cel is numbered A21 in the lower right corner, and it shows minor production handling and edge wear. A fantastic piece from a key scene, the condition is Very Good.
