Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas Storyboard Original Art (Walt Disney/Touchstone, 1993). "What's this? What's this? There's color everywhere! What's this? There's white things in the air! What's this?" Classic Jack! Here's one of the best Jack Skellington storyboard pieces that we've seen from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. Jack Skellington is the patron spirit of Halloween, portrayed as being on par with Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny within his own holiday. This extraordinary sketch of the Pumpkin King was created by Disney artist, Jorgen Klubien who has signed the art on the back. Klubien is an animation artist and writer best known for his work on Disney films, like The Lion King (1994), A Bug's Life (1998), Cars (2006) and Frankenweenie (2012). Rendered in graphite and Conté on 8" x 5.5" paper. The storyboard has tack holes in the corners from production use. Otherwise, condition is Very Good.Auction Info
