The Disney Store - Alice in Wonderland One-of-a-Kind 7ft Disney Store Statue (Walt Disney, 1990s). "I can't go back to yesterday because I was a different person then." This is a gorgeous one-of-a-kind 7ft tall statue of Alice from Walt Disney's Alice in Wonderland. The statue was created as part of a prominent display within The Disney Store in Times Square in New York during the 1990s. Made to resemble a bronze sculpture with patina, this incredible statue is actually made of masterfully painted fiberglass with a custom metal support structure that runs through Alice and is hidden within the black wooden box at her feet. This unique Disney Store character figure is one of the rarest, and largest, ever produced, and was offered directly by Disney in an auction following the removal of the figure from the Times Square store. It has been enjoyed by its owner since then, and comes to public market now for the first time since that offering by Disney. For the Alice fan out there, this is a truly rare opportunity to own such a monumental piece of Disney history. The statue is in Very Good condition, with minor surface wear including a few small nicks or scuffs.Auction Info
