Description
Jonny Quest "The Quest for Profits is On!" Brochure Cover Color Comp Original Art with Printed Brochure Group of 2 (Hanna-Barbera, 1990). "Attention All Hanna-Barbera Agents!" Here's a very rare piece of Jonny Quest original art, a preliminary "color comp" to show how the printed item should appear. In 1988, twenty years of Adventures of Jonny Quest reruns brought a dormant series back to life with new episodes produced for The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera. Two years later, new VHS videocassettes of three 1964-65 episodes were released and a brochure aimed at retailers was issued but never seen by the general public. This color comp of the brochure's front cover was created by affixing an onionskin sheet over a Xerox back and white print, with color hand-applied, using color markers. The image measures approximately 8.25" x 10.75" on a backing sheet measuring 10.5" x 14". A copy of the printed 4-page brochure is included, with information about the VHS releases noted inside. The artwork is in Very Good condition with minor handling wear.Auction Info
