Neon Genesis Evangelion Opening Title Sequence Eva Unit 00 Production Cel Setup (Gainax, c. 1995-96). Seen for a brief moment in the fast-paced opening title sequence of Neon Genesis Evangelion, presented is a picture-perfect closeup of Eva Unit 00, piloted by the enigmatic Rei Ayanami. Seen approximately at the 1:15 mark of the sequence, this original production cel setup has a hand-painted image area of 10.25" x 7" on the 12 field cels. The cels are numbered A8 and B8 in the upper right corners, and the setup shows minor handling and edge wear with some paint debris. A rare opportunity to own production artwork of Eva Unit 00 from Neon Genesis Evangelion's famous opening sequence, the condition is Very Good.Auction Info
