Description
Hunter x Hunter "Fourth Phase x Forty-Four x Number of Death" Killua 20.5'' Pan Production Cel with Pan Animation Drawing and 23'' Pan Production Background (Nippon Animation, 2000/c. 2000s). "It's not like I remember everyone else's badge numbers. I tried to find out right after the rules were explained, but everyone had hidden their badges already by then." Killua debates who his target is in the manhunt on Zevil Island in this spectacular pan-sized production cel and animation drawing from episode 21 of the popular 1999 Hunter x Hunter series! The episode was originally released on 3/18/2000 and centered around the contestants preparing for their next challenge with a focus on Gon and Hisaoka. The full figure cel (shown flipped upside down for display purposes) and graphite with color pencil animation drawing measure about 3.25'' x 9.5'' on 10.5'' x 20.5'' paper and cel and appear at roughly 7:28 as Killua flips upside down, examining the contestant number he grabbed. The lot also comes with a detailed gouache 12.5'' x 23'' pan production background that isn't from the episode but may be from the series. The matching drawing and cel are marked A27 in the upper right corner. Very Good condition with light edge and handling wear, pinholes from studio use, and faint paint debris.Auction Info
