Mad #46 (EC, 1959) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white pages. You would think there are nicer copies of this mag out there, right? Well, you would be wrong, according to CGC's most recent census which shows 9.4 as the highest grade yet assigned. This is the upside-down issue, with front and back covers (which is which is a matter of opinion!) by Kelly Freas. Wally Wood, Mort Drucker, and Joe Orlando are among the interior schmendricks. Did we say schmendricks? We meant artists.
