Ned Hilton Political Cartoon Original Art (circa early 1940s). The New Yorker cartoonist Ned Hilton is the creator of this ink and watercolor illustration. The image area measures 9.5" x 11.5". There is some edge wear (well outside of the image area), and light paper tanning; otherwise the work is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
