Description
Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers Bugs Bunny Production Cel (Warner Brothers, 1992). "I'm hunting wabbits." "Okay, fair enough, but you have to catch me first!" Seen at the 5:17 mark of the animated special Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers, Bugs Bunny attempts to taunt an Elmer Fudd who is in a reality a cheaply-animated alien replacement of the original. An homage to Invasion of the Body Snatchers and a lampoon of budget animation, Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers was originally meant for theatrical release but eventually aired as part of the television special Bugs Bunny's Creature Features. Bugs measures 7.25" tall on the 12 field cel, and the cel bears an official Warner Brothers seal. The piece is taped to a printed background for presentation purposes (Elmer Fudd is on the background). The cel shows minor handling, and the condition is Very Good.Auction Info
