This is the first full-length Spider-Man story. The Human Torch also puts in an appearance here. The Spider-Man pin-up, cover, and interior art are by "Sturdy" Steve Ditko. A great-looking copy. Overstreet 2011 VF 8.0 value = $2,889. CGC census 6/12: 39 in 8.0, 84 higher.
