Whiz Comics #116 The Promise Collection Pedigree (Fawcett Publications, 1949) CGC FN+ 6.5 Off-white to white pages. The nicest of the two copies we've encountered to date, and the first we've seen in more than 17 years. Captain Marvel cover and art by Kurt Schaffenberger.
