The storyline featuring a vigilante named Scourge (who goes around assassinating supervillains) has not been collected in a trade paperback to date. This hardcover volume contains trimmed and bound copies of Iron Man #194; Thing #24 and 33; Secret Wars II #2; Thor #358 and 359; West Coast Avengers #3; Avengers #263 (first appearance of X-Factor); Fantastic Four #289; Amazing Spider-Man #276 and 278 (Hobgoblin appearances); and Captain America #311 and 318-320 -- representing the complete "Scourge Saga" crossover storyline.
