Blue Ribbon Comics #22 (MLJ, 1942) CGC Apparent VG- 3.5 Slight (C-1) Off-white to white pages. Final issue. Origin of Mr. Justice retold. The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books lists this issue as "uncommon," with only 50 to 200 copies believed to exist. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: small amount of color touch on cover, staples replaced. (Tape on cover and interior.." Overstreet 2021 GD 2.0 value = $100; VG 4.0 value = $200.From the Pinnacle Hill Collection.
