Description
Val Semeiks and Alfredo Alcala Conan the Barbarian #218 Splash Page 1 Original Art (Marvel, 1989). Conan is not exactly a Beach Boy, but there is more splash on this splash page than normal, as Conan takes a board to the waves to stay afloat. He will later battle the Kro on an island surrounded by piranhas in "Island Life". Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15" (including the paste-up indicia stat). Val Semeiks signed in silver paint pen in the bottom right corner of the art area.
