Bernie Wrightson signed original painting of grave robbers encountering zombies. (1970) Accomplished in oils and mixed media on 10 x 15 in. artist board. A rare color work of grave robbers and zombies in a cemetery, a favorite motif of Wrightson and horror fans alike. The work is evenly and finely executed and signed in white paint, "Wrightson '70" along the right border. Publication uncertain, though the verso states at the bottom, "cover 100%" in pencil.
