Description
"Dinner Partners" Tweety and Sylvester Limited Edition Wall Sculpture #29/30 (Warner Brothers/Mark Beam Studio, 1996). This impressive "2 ½ dimensional wall sculpture" of classic Warner Bros. cartoon characters Tweety and Sylvester was produced in a very limited edition of only 30 by artist Mark Beam. It was created exclusively for the Warner Bros. Studio Stores Gallery and sold out long ago. The cartoon stars are dressed for dinner, but Sylvester's definition of "for dinner" seems to be different from Tweety's! The art is signed, dated and numbered on the background by the artist: "Mark Beam 1996 29/30." Sculpture is in hand-painted polyurethane mounted to painted Masonite, 30.5" x 22.5" x 2.5". Included is the Warner Bros. Certificate of Authenticity; the certificate is signed by Mark Beam. Fine condition.Auction Info
