Description
Peter Pan "Tick-Tock" Crocodile Production Cel Setup with Painted Background (Walt Disney, 1953). "Oh, Mr. Crocodile, do you like codfish?" asks Peter as the crock devours part of Hook's coat. The "codfish" is of course Captain Hook himself! Hook's old nemesis, a very hungry crocodile nicknamed "Tick-Tock" by fans because of the ticking alarm clock in his belly, is featured in this great original hand-inked, hand-painted 16 field production cel setup. It includes the water effects on a separate cel. The cels are noted as 112 and W-112 A; you can find this exact image on Disney+ at the 44:14 mark. The lush, carefully-matched background is a custom painting, added for presentation purposes. Wow, what a setup! Minor handling wear. Very Good condition.Auction Info
